What's On

Himley Hall and Park are closed.

Himley Hall and Park are completely closed due to the Covid-19 crisis. The gates are locked and there is no access to the club or lake.

Further information will be posted as soon as it is available.

CORONAVIRUS

We have decided that the club should cancel all formal events including racing, the work day, the gala sail, byte squad and JuSail until the end of the Easter Holidays when we will take another look at the situation.

We came to this decision as several of our members are in the age or at risk groups that the government has advised to avoid unnecessary social contact.

Although there will be no formal events, members are welcome to sail if they want to but they do so at their own risk and the club will take no responsibility for any health or other problems that may arise.

You might want to keep an eye on our FaceBook Group or WhatsApp as other members may be posting to say that they will be sailing on certain days.

I am sorry that we have had to take this decision but I am sure that you will agree that it is better to be safe than sorry.
